At French Tree, our courses are carefully designed to meet your learning needs—whether you're preparing for DELF, TEF, or following a school curriculum. We ensure the content aligns with official standards to offer you the best learning experience.

However, if you wish to request a refund, please review our updated refund policy below.

Refund Policy

1. 100% Refund – Within 72 Hours of Purchase:
   • If you request a refund within the first  72 hours (3 days) of purchasing your course, you are eligible for a 100% refund, after deductions for:
     • Payment gateway charges 
     • Applicable taxes (GST/HST),
     • Processing and administrative fees.
   • Example of 24 hours refund claim : If you purchase a course at 10:00 AM on January 1st, you can request a full refund (minus fees) until 10:00 AM on January 2nd.
2. 50% Refund – Between 72 to 168 Hours of Purchase:
   • Refunds requested between 72 and 168 hours (7 days) of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund, after applicable deductions.
   • Example of 72 to 168 hours refund claim: If the course is purchased at 10:00 AM on January 1st, you can request a partial refund between 10:01 AM on January 2nd and 10:00 AM on January 3rd.
3. No Refund – After 168 Hours:
   • Refunds are not available beyond 168 hours of course purchase.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Test Series (mock tests or exam simulations) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If your course includes a test series, the full value of the test series will be deducted from any refund amount, regardless of the reason or refund window.
  This is because such materials are often consumed quickly upon access.

Pricing & Payment Terms

• All course fees are to be paid in full and in advance, valid for the duration stated on the course page.
• We use third-party payment gateways (e.g. PayPal) for secure transactions. These providers may:
  • Charge additional service fees,
  • Require personal information to complete the transaction,
  • Redirect you to external websites.

• You will receive the net refund amount after deducting the payment gateway platform fees.

• You can claim a 100% refund only if our content is incorrect or if any course content is missing. Only in such cases will the refund policy be applicable. Refunds will not be accepted for any personal reasons or under any other conditions.

• If you attempt to access the course through any illegal methods or use any third-party tools to record the course, your account may be deactivated and no refund will be provided. If our content is found being used or shared without authorization, a legal case may be filed against you.

We do not control or assume responsibility for the practices of these Third-Party Service Providers. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

How You Purchase Matters

These policies apply regardless of how you purchase:

• Directly on www.frenchtree.ca, or
• Indirectly via other authorized payment methods (e.g., direct bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

Discounts and Offers

Only French Tree is authorized to offer discounts or promotional pricing.
Any discount offered by third parties or platforms not directly associated with French Tree is unauthorized and will not be honored.
